Weather Station Photos

This is my weather centre. I purchased a Davis Vantage Pro 2 Plus (VP2+ 6163) on October 20th, 2009 (to replace my OS wmr968), Pentium dual core 2.66 24/7 pc, fully UPS'd. Boltek Stormtracker PCI running Nexstorm Software.

VP2+ Integrated Sensor Suite, Rain gauge, UV sensor and Solar Sensor, and Thermo-Hygrometer in a 24 hour Fan Aspirated Radiation Shield (FARS)

Oregon Scientific THC-268 Wireless Waterproof Temperature Sensor. Installed in Pool May 2009. (First one installed and was eaten June 2008, RIP). This sensors is removed during winter monhts. Will be replaced by Davis 6372 Temp station in Summer 2010.

VP2 Anemometer, with optional wireless xmitter. Mounted on radio shack tripod on 2nd story of house, beside the OS968 anny.

Antenna for Boltek Stormtracker PCI. Added to station Dec 26th, 2008

Webcam West - D-Link DCS-920 Wireless - View added July 23, 2007 (When station was still in Angus Glen). November 22, 2007 became "west view" camera on site.
